The guarantee

Sixty days. Keep the bottle either way.

A fourteen-day return window on a supplement expires before anyone could judge the result — which is rather the idea behind it. Ours runs long enough to finish a bottle and decide for yourself.

No. 01 — The terms

The whole policy, in three lines.

There is no fourth line, no asterisk, and no clause further down that quietly takes one of these back.

The window

Sixty days

Counted from the day your parcel is delivered, not the day you ordered.

The condition

None

Opened, half used, or entirely empty. Finishing the bottle is the point.

The paperwork

One message

No form to fill in, no photograph of the product, no reason required.

No. 02 — Claiming it

Three steps, and none of them are yours to chase.

You will not be routed through a returns portal, asked to post an opened bottle back at your own cost, or sent off to argue with the brand that made it. We sold it to you, so we settle it. A guarantee that is difficult to claim is not a guarantee — it is a marketing line.

No. 01

Write to us

Send a message from the contact page using the email address on the order. One line is enough — you do not need to explain yourself.

No. 02

We confirm the same week

We find the order, approve the refund, and reply to tell you it is done. Nobody will try to talk you into keeping it.

No. 03

The money returns

Back to the card or account you paid with, within five to seven business days. Whatever is left in the bottle is yours.

Applies to every preparation in the formulary, at every price, including discounted bundles.

No. 03 — Questions

Straight answers, including the inconvenient ones.

Where the truthful answer is less flattering than the marketing one, we have printed the truthful answer.

Section 01

Results and how to take it

Nails and skin usually shift first, often inside three to four weeks. Hair takes considerably longer — it grows roughly half an inch a month, so length and thickness are a twelve-week conversation, not a two-week one. That is precisely why the guarantee runs for sixty days rather than fourteen.

One tablespoon a day, with or just after food. Take it straight or stir it into juice, a smoothie or yoghurt. Morning suits most people, but consistency matters far more than the hour — a dose taken every evening beats a perfect morning routine you abandon in week two.

Yes. The multivitamin, the collagen and the skincare set are built to be layered, and most customers run all three. The one rule: do not double up on the multivitamin to move faster. It is already dosed at the level it is meant to be taken at, and more of it will not grow hair any quicker.

Honestly, yes. These are nutrients your body uses and clears rather than banks, so the benefit fades over the months after you stop, much as it would if you stopped eating well. Most people settle into a daily bottle and treat it as maintenance.

Section 02

Formula, testing and safety

Yes — and importantly, not by us. We do not manufacture anything, so we are never grading our own homework. Every batch we stock is screened by an independent ISO-accredited laboratory on four panels: potency, heavy metals, microbials and ingredient identity. If a brand cannot show us a current certificate for the batch in question, we do not put it on the shelf.

Every active is printed with its exact amount per serving — no proprietary blends and no trace amounts dressed up as ingredients. The full panel for each preparation is on its product page, and the headline doses are set out on our standards page.

Everything we carry is vegan and non-GMO, with no gluten and no added sugar. Individual ingredient panels are printed in full on each product page, so if you avoid something specific you can check it before you buy rather than after.

They are peroxide-free, which is the usual culprit behind the zinging sensation people associate with whitening. That makes them gentler by formulation rather than by claim. If your teeth are already highly sensitive, or you have crowns or veneers, check with your dentist first.

Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before starting, and show them the ingredient panel from the product page. That applies to anyone pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition or taking prescription medication. We would rather lose a sale than have you guess about it.

Somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight. Keep the liquid refrigerated once it is opened and use it within the period printed on the bottle. Do not use anything past the date on the label, even if it looks and smells perfectly fine.

Section 03

Orders and delivery

Orders are packed within one to two business days. Standard US delivery then takes five to seven business days and is free over $75; express and overnight options are offered at checkout. Every rate and timeframe is printed on the dispatch and returns page.

Yes, to most countries, typically arriving within ten to fourteen business days. The exact rate is calculated at checkout. Any customs duty or import tax charged when the parcel lands is payable by you, as we cannot collect it in advance on your behalf.

Write to us within two hours of placing it and we can still catch it before the label prints. After that the parcel is usually already packed — but the sixty-day guarantee covers you either way, so nothing is lost.

Tell us and we send a replacement. Damaged or leaking parcels need a photograph within seven days; parcels marked delivered that never appeared are replaced after a 48-hour wait for the carrier to catch up. You will not be asked to open a claim yourself.

Still unanswered

Ask us the awkward question.

If something on a label is unclear, or you want to see the test results behind a batch before you buy, write to us. A real person answers.
